Sales & Partner Engagement – Partner Success /Full-Time/ Remote

 

About 

Our client seeks a Technical Sales professional with a fervent interest in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. As a Technical Sales specialist, you leverage your sales and/or consulting expertise to propel your business forward.

 

The ideal candidate will offer guidance and consultancy to our partners and System Integrators on maximizing the technical solutions available from our client. Their services are straightforward, fully aligned with our mission to empower partners in exceeding their customers’ expectations. You will be tasked with cultivating project opportunities with partners, effectively navigating them to successful conclusions for both partners and end customers. However, you won’t be working alone. Your expertise and knowledge will serve as vital support and collaboration for our Partner Success Managers in orchestrating this process with partners. Internally and within the community, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, contributing to community growth and engagement through your specialized knowledge.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist partners in navigating the current capability and capacity challenges within the Dynamics ecosystem by leveraging our client’s technical services.
  • Serving as the community authority for our ecosystem and for our Partner Success Managers.
  • Establishing a sales pipeline for technical services and meeting annual sales targets for services.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to shape go-to-market strategies aimed at boosting pipeline growth.
  • Cultivating the project pipeline for technical services in collaboration with partners and the Technical Services Headquarters.
  • Closing contracts with their partners for technical services
  • Offering initial level commercial support to partners who utilize Company’s technical services.
  • Overseeing and assisting chosen Company partners, considering their Service Level and future potential to Company.
  • Advise partners on expanding their business and adjusting to new market demands and opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Possess a strong commercial drive and prioritize service, with a technical comprehension of Dynamics365.
  • You possess pertinent work experience.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities in both German and English.
  • Possess understanding of the IT industry and the small to medium-sized business sector, along with familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and its partner channels.
  • Possess experience and expertise in cloud-based software solutions, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV. Additionally, proficient in Finance and Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, as well as Dataverse and PowerApps, all integral components of our daily operations.
  • Possess expertise in consulting and/or executing Dynamics projects.
  • Consistently strive for excellence in your work by ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • You exhibit qualities of both self-motivation and collaboration, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset. You understand your duties and execute them accordingly. You are meticulous, energetic, and driven, adept at persuading others. Most importantly, you understand the importance of enjoying your work.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Business Applications is essential, particularly with Dynamics 365 Business Central. Having hands-on involvement in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central projects and transitioning legacy systems is advantageous.
