Our client, an established Microsoft partner with 200+ employees, has been delivering innovative solutions since 2001. With a strong focus on Microsoft business applications—including Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Power Platform—they specialize in backend/infrastructure development, consulting, implementation, and 24/7 support.
To support ongoing international projects and digital transformation initiatives, they are expanding their Swiss team and are actively seeking a Solution Architect.

Your Responsibilities:
- Actively consult with customers by participating in meetings and workshops alongside business consultants to analyze business processes and define the optimal system environment and architecture.
- Topics include tenant and client structure, integrations (e.g., Dual Write, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus), document management, and third-party or enterprise system integrations.
- You have a solid understanding of IT security and data protection requirements.
- You are well-versed in various development technologies and implementation options within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- You define deployment stages, environments, and associated quality assurance processes—tools like Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and LCS are familiar to you.
- You take ownership of project documentation, primarily within DevOps.
- If needed, you also support pre-sales activities in Switzerland and internationally.
Your Profile:
- Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture
- You bring a strong sense of reliability, organizational skills, and enjoy working as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as needed
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
