A leading company in Germany is expanding its team and seeking a (Senior) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant specializing in Business Central Finance (m/f/d) to join as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead innovative customer projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, focusing on Business Central Finance.
- Analyze customer requirements and implement solutions within the system.
- Facilitate customer workshops and conduct training sessions.
- Provide expert consulting in digitalization projects to ensure project success.
- Act as a bridge to development, translating requirements into technical specifications and overseeing implementation.
- Manage (sub-)projects independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Your Profile:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as an ERP consultant specializing in finance.
- Proven expertise in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes beyond finance.
- Experience with agile project and development methodologies.
- Service-oriented mindset with goal-driven thinking.
- Confident communication and client-facing skills.
- Reliable, well-organized, and a strong team player.
- Willing to share knowledge with project stakeholders.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
