Since its inception in 2001, a prominent IT consulting firm with over 200 employees has focused on the successful implementation and ongoing development of Microsoft products. The company specializes in Microsoft business applications, with a particular emphasis on D365 Finance and Supply Chain, offering expert consulting, dependable project delivery, and 24/7 support to ensure sustained customer satisfaction.
The firm plays a key role in assisting clients with their digital transformation, helping them maximize their innovation potential. Additionally, they are continuously expanding their portfolio of SaaS and consulting services.
To support their international projects, the company is growing its Swiss team and is currently looking for a Project Manager for D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role centers on managing cross-process ERP projects across the client’s value chain.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take an active role as a project manager or sub-project manager, leading customers through cross-platform Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain projects.
- Ensure project success by managing budgets, quality, and deadlines for assigned customer projects.
- Provide active consulting and management to clients, participating in meetings and workshops to analyze, document, and translate business processes into technical solutions.
- Lead both internal and external project teams.
- Support sales activities in Switzerland and internationally, including pre-sales efforts.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT project management, with international experience considered an advantage
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
- A strong sense of reliability, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings on-site
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
