The company focuses on professional consulting, reliable project delivery, and 24/7 support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
As part of clients’ digital transformation, the firm helps unlock innovation potential and continuously expands its service portfolio.
The company is growing its Swiss team for international projects and is seeking a Project Manager for D365 Customer Engagement. Experience with other D365 business applications, such as Marketing, Customer Service, or Field Service, is also beneficial.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customers as a project or sub-project manager on cross-platform Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.
- Oversee budget, quality, and deadlines for assigned projects.
- Provide active consulting, participating in meetings and workshops to analyze, document, and translate business processes into technical solutions.
- Manage both internal and external project teams.
- Support sales activities in Switzerland and internationally, including pre-sales efforts.
Your Profile:
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT project management (international experience is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Highly reliable, well-organized, and a strong team player
- Willing to travel for on-site customer meetings
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
