About the Mission

They’re looking for an experienced project manager to join their Professional Services team in the Benelux region. This team is responsible for implementing their software at client sites. The Benelux team is made up of 34 passionate onboarding specialists, consultants, and project managers, and they work closely with other regional teams like Sales, Customer Success Management, and Customer Care.

• Take the lead on implementing the project for the client.
• Keep track of the project scope, ensuring the focus stays on the CRM’s standard features.
• Coordinate and facilitate all activities to make sure the project is delivered successfully.
• Create a project implementation plan that highlights areas for improvement.
• Stay in touch with the client, sharing potential future standards and benefits.
• Guide both the team and the client through the entire implementation process.
• Manage client expectations with clarity and confidence.
• Provide realistic and measurable implementation estimates for costs and effort.
• Prioritize tasks to meet all requirements.
• Bring fresh, alternative solutions to improve current approaches.
• Act as the bridge between the client, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Fluent communication skills in both Dutch (native) and English (professional level).
• 8+ years of experience managing software projects (CRM/ERP).
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate progress clearly.
• Experience managing multiple projects with shared goals simultaneously.
• A flexible approach, ready to take on multiple roles as needed.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in functional analysis.
• A passion for leading and managing large-scale change projects, with a career focus on this role.
• A proven track record of leading successful transformation projects from start to finish.
• Strategic and tactical thinking in project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality management.
• The ability to estimate project efforts and effectively manage client expectations.
• A solid understanding of the processes, procedures, and governance needed to lead projects and programs.
• The ability to document the current status of client activities and map processes to implement solutions for complex business challenges, while adhering to application standards.
