We are looking for a highly skilled PreSales Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (all genders) to join their dynamic team. Your profile
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in pre-sales or as a senior consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM solutions
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships
- Expertise in consulting with a solid understanding of business processes
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- A team player who enjoys working in cross-functional teams and demonstrates initiative and a solution-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in German and good command of English
Your Mission
- Customer Support: In collaboration with a Sales Consultant, you will assist potential clients from the initial contact through solution presentations to project kick-off, ensuring seamless communication throughout.
- Customer Consulting & Needs Assessment: You will analyze the specific business requirements of our clients and work together to design tailored solution concepts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Solution Presentation: You will craft and present compelling solution scenarios that demonstrate the value of our Microsoft Dynamics CE offerings.
- Proposal Support: You will aid the sales team in preparing proposals by translating technical and functional requirements into persuasive solution proposals, as well as supporting the planning of key sales and marketing activities.
- Market Monitoring & Trends: You will stay up-to-date on current market trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Workshops & Training: You will lead workshops and training sessions for potential clients, providing them with hands-on experience of how Microsoft Dynamics CE can benefit their business.
- Business Development Support: You will play an active role in business development and market strategy by identifying customer needs, converting them into new project opportunities, and helping expand our portfolio for specific target groups.
