To support its Swiss team on international projects, the company is seeking a D365 Customer Service Consultant to join as soon as possible. Professionals with experience in customer engagement, marketing, or field service are also encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively consult with customers by participating in meetings and workshops alongside other specialists to analyze, document, and translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service system.
  • Create detailed specifications and coordinate handovers to the development team.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure successful implementation of operational requirements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes and project activities in DevOps.
  • Support pre-sales activities in Switzerland and internationally as needed.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
