How Our Client Views the Role of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Project Manager:
In this role, you will lead one or more (international) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects. The focus lies on ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and meeting quality standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring not only the commercial success of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects, but also a positive, collaborative team environment.
You will act as the primary contact for clients and work closely with the Solution or Enterprise Architect to ensure well-informed decisions that aim to exceed expectations. You identify project risks early, take timely action to mitigate them, or make conscious decisions to accept them when appropriate.
Together with the project management office, you will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, maintaining full transparency for both internal and external stakeholders.
You adapt your leadership style to the situation—primarily coaching your team toward success, but ready to take the lead and provide clear direction when needed.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, stabilization, and handover to support
- Translating project scope into clear milestones and deliverables
- Creating and maintaining the project plan
- Organizing and facilitating workshops
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying risks early and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Overseeing budgets and resource planning
- Serving as the main point of contact for client communication throughout the project
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Project Manager, you will primarily work from the office or home office. However, depending on current health and travel guidelines, occasional on-site visits to customers—potentially including international travel—may be required.
Job Requirements:
- HBO/WO level of thinking and working
- Strong interest in both business and technical environments
- Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, independent, ambitious, and professional
- Flexible mindset — not tied to a strict 9-to-5 schedule
- Proven leadership experience in IT projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team player with a proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Committed to successfully delivering projects
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) certifications or willingness to obtain them
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and internationally to client locations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Knowledge of C#/HTML/JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
