How Our Client Defines the Role of a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Technical Consultant:
In this entry-level position, you will support the development and implementation of both new and existing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects—working closely with and guided by a Senior Consultant.

While prior in-depth experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) is not expected, the client provides a comprehensive training program designed to help you quickly grow into the role. As your expertise develops, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, engage directly with clients, and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and technical input.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant:

As a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you will be involved in:

  • Drafting technical specifications for projects
  • Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Developing customized solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and/or Azure
  • Creating and executing technical test cases for applications
  • Providing customer support and assistance

You will primarily work from the office or home office, with occasional travel to client locations (international) alongside a Senior Consultant

Job Requirements:

  • HBO/WO level of thinking and working
  • Strong interest in both business and technical environments
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented team player with a decisive attitude
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, independent, and ambitious with a positive, professional mindset and a strong work ethic
  • Accurate and communicative, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
  • Affinity with IT
  • Strong drive to successfully complete projects
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies, especially in relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) certifications or a willingness to obtain them
  • Willingness to travel within the Netherlands (or internationally) to client locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good command of German (both spoken and written)
  • Experience with C#/HTML/JavaScript
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Knowledge of and experience with Azure
