Our client is an established Streaming Product that is going through a huge digital and data transformation after receiving a huge investment. Their next mission is to become completely data-driven by building a GCP Data Lake.

The role

• As the Head of Data Engineering, you will be the first hire for this project, and initially, your role will be very technically hands-on with building the platform and then moving to recruiting and building the department.
• You will set the strategy and decide on which technologies to use.
• Reporting to the CTO

What do you need

• Experience in building GCP Data Lakes
• Experience in building data departments from scratch
• Experience with setting Data Strategy
• Being very technically hands on who thrives in working in fast-paced start-up environments
