Dynamics 365 CE Team Lead

A newly formed Dynamics CE consultancy unit is expanding and is looking for a Team Lead who can guide a Technical D365 CRM team (around 5 to 6 people) while remaining hands-on in customer consulting.

You will be part of a new setup with the backing of a 10,000+ employee AI-driven tech consulting partner, supporting larger programmes and long-term growth.

Experience rapid growth in a remote startup-style environment, backed by the support and expertise of a well-known, enterprise-level consultancy pioneer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a Dynamics 365 CE team, balancing people leadership with delivery.
• Own delivery quality, team ways of working, and technical direction in collaboration with the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Support customer consulting activities, including workshops, solution shaping, and stakeholder management.
• Help define team structure, capability roadmap, and certification priorities.
• Act as a bridge between technical and functional delivery, ensuring the team executes effectively.

Requirements

• Solid Dynamics 365 CE experience (consulting or delivery leadership background).
• Proven leadership exposure (formal team lead or step-up from workstream/project leadership).
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem understanding (Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure awareness).
• Comfortable in customer-facing consulting situations.
• Energy and Utilities experience is a plus, not required.
