This is what drives you:
- You will create software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (currently used by Sales, Service, and some third-party tools) to enhance the business processes of our marketing, sales, and service teams.
- You’ll design detailed technical solution concepts to effectively implement business requirements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud), and when needed, other related solutions (MDM, BI, ERP, Ticket System, PowerPages).
- As part of your role, you will play a key part in driving the growth and development of CRM, working closely with both IT and business teams. You will also take ownership of areas previously managed by external service providers.
- Your focus will be on developing high-quality, future-proof code, ensuring its quality through thorough testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements.
- Additionally, you will integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with our existing enterprise applications, utilizing Dynamics’ integration capabilities as well as Azure Integration Services within the Microsoft Cloud.
This will inspire the client:
- You bring several years of experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Cloud), along with strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and Power Automate.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Services, and popular software or project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Azure Computing features such as Azure Functions and App Services.
- You possess strong analytical skills, enjoy collaborating in a team environment, and have a solution- and customer-focused mindset.
