• Analysing clients’ business operations in connection to MS Dynamics 365 apps’ basic features
• examining and recording client needs, as well as making sure that the programme is configured properly
• Consultation and development of ideas and solutions pertaining to customer process design and functionality
• assisting clients with the implementation of MD 365 Business Central
• the planning and execution of seminars for your clients’ most important customers
