Our client is expanding their team and seeking a Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Focus on ERP Business Central (Finance) (d/w/m) to join as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work on innovative customer projects implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on ERP Business Central.
- Analyse customer requirements in Business Central and configure the system to meet those needs.
- Offer expert consulting in digital transformation projects to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and developers, translating business needs into technical specifications and reviewing implementations.
Your Profile:
- A degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience as a consultant specializing in ERP software solutions.
- Practical experience implementing ERP solutions based on Dynamics 365, with a focus on Business Central.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience working on projects using agile methodologies.
- A customer-oriented and service-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical abilities and a structured, solution-focused approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A proactive, reliable, and organised work ethic.
- Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with team members.
- Industry-specific experience is a plus.
- Located in the Kiel area, as 2 days on-site per week are required.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
