• helping Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central be fully implemented while working closely with the developers and our departments. 
• Constant system design and customization in accordance with the unique requirements and procedures of our business
• Working with the departments to improve business processes and map them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
• Identification and use of optimisation techniques to increase the system’s efficacy and efficiency
• Making assessments and reports to track system performance
