Senior Business Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O AND/OR BC experience welcome!)
Germany | 100% Remote | €150,000 + OTE (80% Fixed)
We’re hiring 2–3 senior Business Development Managers to drive growth across Germany and the wider DACH region for a market-leading Microsoft Gold Partner, trusted for delivering complex ERP and cloud programmes to enterprise and regulated industries.
This role is designed for senior, relationship-driven sales professionals who thrive on complex solution selling and long-term client partnerships!
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for new client acquisition and strategic account development, selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) into regulated and complex industries, with a strong focus on:
- Healthcare
- Pharma & Life Sciences
- Rental / Service-led organisations
- Production & workforce-heavy environments
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning new-logo business development across Germany/DACH
- Building and leveraging long-term executive relationships
- Positioning complex ERP and IT consulting solutions (not boxed products)
- Working closely with delivery and leadership to shape solutions
- Operating with autonomy in a trust-based, senior sales environment
What They’re Looking For
This role suits highly experienced IT / ERP sales professionals, typically with:
- 10+ years’ experience in IT software, ERP, or complex solution sales
- Background selling Microsoft Dynamics F&O and/or Business Central
- A strong, established customer network in relevant industries
- Experience in consultative, long-cycle sales
- A relationship-first mindset – not transactional or product-led
