Our client is looking for a Functional Consultant with a strong project management mindset to join their growing team in Utrecht. If you’re ready to dive in and make an impact from day one, this role is a great fit. A focus on CRM/CE (Sales, Marketing & Customer Service) is key, and experience with post-sale processes would be a bonus.
What They’re Looking for:
- Native Dutch Speaker – Must be fluent and located near Utrecht.
- CRM/CE Expertise – Strong experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Service-Based Background – No specific industry required, but experience in service-oriented businesses is a plus.
- Project Experience – Looking for someone with prior hands-on project experience to showcase seniority.
- Quick Learner – The first 4-6 months will focus on knowledge acquisition, with opportunities for long-term growth.
- Confident Problem Solver – Ability to address on-the-spot questions and perform use-case testing during interviews.

- A 30-minute online interview – we’ll start with a global introduction and some verbal use-case testing.
- A face-to-face office interview – the VP of HR will join for the last 15 minutes.
- No reference checks – they’re more focused on what you bring to the table!
