Your experience:

Whilst recruitment experience is advantageous, we actually prefer candidates that we can train our way, so a “blank canvas” is the easiest way to do that. We look for these skills:

• Punctual
• Highly Organised
• Driven to be successful (financially, career-driven)
• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• Ambitious – You can earn commission quickly if you put your mind to it (You are in control of your own paycheck)
• Tech Savvy – this is nice to have but an interest in the Tech industry will only help you succeed further.
