A leading IT consulting firm with over 200 employees has been specializing in the implementation and development of Microsoft products since 2001, with a focus on D365 Finance and Supply Chain, as well as D365 Customer Engagement. The company offers professional consulting, reliable project delivery, and 24/7 support to ensure lasting customer satisfaction.
The firm supports clients in their digital transformation and innovation while continuously expanding its portfolio of SaaS and consulting services.
For international projects, the company is expanding its Swiss team and is looking for a Project/Program Manager for D365 projects. After the initial phase, this role may evolve into an operational team lead position for the Swiss office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer projects as an overall project or portfolio manager, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications.
- Ensure budget, quality, and deadlines are met for assigned projects.
- Provide digitalization consulting along the customer’s value chain using D365.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with customers and technical consultants to analyze, document, and convert business processes into technical solutions.
- Manage both internal and external project teams.
- Support sales activities in Switzerland and internationally, including pre-sales efforts.
- Develop into the role of team lead for Switzerland, with active support from the Managing Director of Switzerland.
Your Profile:
- Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in IT project management within an international environment (portfolio management experience is a plus)
- 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
- Previous experience as a team leader and/or in pre-sales is advantageous
- Highly reliable, well-organized, and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer meetings
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
