To strengthen its team across Germany, they are looking for a Dynamics Support Engineer – Business Central (m/f/d) to join as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing application usage.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure system reliability.
  • Analyze and document customer requests in the ticket system.
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics projects, including change management and go-live phases.
  • Develop, maintain, and support Business Central customer environments.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Microsoft D365 Business Central landscape to enhance system performance.
  • Manage and process customer requests efficiently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customer users, IT teams, and internal support departments.
  • Document changes, enhancements, and modifications accurately.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree or training in IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the current D365 Business Central system architecture or Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong expertise in at least one of the following Business Central areas:
    Finance
    Service
    Supply Chain Management
    Projects & Resources
    Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Proficiency in AL, DevOps, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of business processes and relationships.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Structured, independent, and reliable approach to work.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new product updates and technologies.
