Senior Dynamics 365 FSCM Project Manager

Germany – 100% Remote

• Must be a German resident and C1/C2 level German speaker

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM projects from initiation through to delivery
• Independently steer projects end to end, ensuring structured delivery and clear prioritisation
• Act as the main interface between customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Manage project planning, execution, and risks with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset
• Lead and coordinate project teams without micromanagement
• Prevent escalations through clear communication and decisive project steering

Your Profile

• Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM projects as a Project Manager
• Background within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment preferred
• Solid understanding of finance and supply chain processes within Dynamics 365
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and customer relationships
• Calm, structured working style with strong communication skills
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and confident in customer-facing situations
