Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer

Location: Germany (100% Remote – German residency required)

LikeMind Recruitment is working exclusively with a Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy in Germany to hire an experienced D365 Business Central Developer. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering the flexibility of working from anywhere in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for the consultancy’s diverse client base across industries
• Design and implement high-quality AL code (and C/AL where required) to meet customer-specific requirements
• Work closely with consultants and project managers to translate client needs into tailored technical solutions
• Support customers with upgrades, migrations, and integrations to modern BC environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth delivery of customer projects
• Maintain clear documentation and follow Microsoft best practices for scalable solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Developer
• Strong skills in AL development (C/AL experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of ERP processes (finance, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing)
• Experience working in a consultancy or customer-facing environment preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively in project teams and work independently in a remote setup
• Fluent/Native German and strong English communication skills
• Residency in Germany is mandatory
