Senior Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Functional Consultant

Salary: Up to €95,000 Package (depending on experience)

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE – from discovery and requirements workshops to solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support
  • Take ownership of functional design for modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions
  • Advise clients on process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives, providing best practices for CRM adoption and utilisation
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively and integrations are delivered smoothly
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and change management activities to drive successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing expertise and helping them grow within the team
  • Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for CRM-related matters

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects
  • Strong expertise in at least one core module, with the ability to configure and adapt solutions independently
  • Experience in running workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications
  • Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and how to extend CRM functionality
  • Confident in client-facing situations, with strong presentation and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or guiding less experienced consultants
