Senior Technical Dynamics 365 CE Consultant (Power Platform and CE)

Join a newly formed Dynamics 365 unit focused on Energy and Utilities projects. You will be part of an early-stage team with the backing of a 10,000+ employee AI-driven technology consulting partner, giving access to large-scale delivery capability and Microsoft ecosystem depth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Field Service, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Build and extend solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) OR pro code (plugins, integrations, extensions. (Experience in only one of these skills is okay!)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and developers in a tag-team delivery model.
• Support workshops and stakeholder discussions, translating requirements into workable solution designs.
• Contribute to delivery standards, reusable assets, and technical best practices as the unit grows.

Requirements

• Strong Dynamics 365 CE experience (Field Service and/or Customer Service strongly preferred).
• Power Platform low code skills and/or strong pro code skills. (Either is fine!)
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing delivery environments preferred.
• Energy and Utilities exposure is a bonus, not mandatory.
• Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly.
