Role Overview: Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 & Microsoft Power Platform
As a Solution Architect, you bring both functional and technical expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, the Power Platform, Microsoft cloud solutions, data migration, and integration with third-party technologies.
You’ll play a key role in translating complex business challenges into effective, scalable solutions. Drawing from your experience, you proactively add value to the customer’s investment—identifying opportunities, aligning with business goals, and maximizing ROI.
You act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and implementation teams to refine requirements and develop clear, cost-effective solution designs. Your role spans the entire project lifecycle—from presales to go-live and beyond—and you serve as a strategic partner to both project management and sales.
You excel in guiding multidisciplinary teams of business, functional, and technical consultants. Your strength lies in gathering requirements, defining them accurately, and converting them into actionable and future-proof solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence.
What sets you apart is your ability to design solutions that resonate—the client sees themselves in the roadmap you provide. Together with your team, you’ll bring these designs to life using best practices in development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent working/thinking level) in a relevant field
- Strong interest in both business and technical environments
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly understand and map business processes
- A proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented team player
- Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and self-driven with a positive, professional mindset
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule (not a strict 9-to-5 mentality)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A high sense of responsibility and commitment to successful project delivery
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new technologies, especially how they can enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions
Certifications and Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) & Power Platform certifications
- Microsoft Azure & Azure DevOps certifications
- Experience with data migrations using SSIS
- Knowledge of and experience with Plug-ins, C#, HTML, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with test management processes
- Integration experience (e.g., web services, batch processes from on-prem to cloud)
- Development knowledge in Web, C#, .NET, and/or SharePoint is a plus
Languages and Travel
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands or internationally, depending on project needs
