Your Area of Responsibility:

• You will manage both customer and internal projects from the project phase through to handover to operational support, and potentially beyond.
• If required, you will facilitate customer workshops and conduct training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, D365 F+O, or CRM at customer locations.
• Using your deep expertise and experience, you will maximize customer success.
• You will proactively identify potential bottlenecks and take necessary measures to address them.
• You will guide clients confidently and efficiently to ensure project success.
• Expect to work on challenging and exciting projects with diverse clients.
• You will be responsible for project controlling and customer billing.
• Customers, colleagues, and all project participants will view you as a valuable asset, and they will rely on your experience throughout the project.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Experience in implementing large ERP and CRM solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, F+O, and the CRM platform
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product environment (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office, .NET)
• Experience with agile project management and development methodologies
• Industry experience is a plus
• Strong service orientation and customer-focused approach
• Confident in customer interactions with excellent communication skills
• Reliability, organizational skills, and teamwork are second nature to you
• High willingness to travel
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Goal-oriented mindset with strategic thinking
